Xavier isn't a high pressure salesman, which is unusual now days. He took his time to explain all the options during the negotiations for our trade-in and price for the new car. He conducted himself in a professional manner. When we completed the sale he took the time to explain all the features in our new car. He continues to follow up with us to see if we have any issues or questions.

After signing my contract, I was informed that the second set of keys could not be found. I was told that they would be mailed overnight to me. Almost 2 weeks later, still no keys and won’t return my messages.
