Xavier is awesome young man who listens carefully for details. He welcomes you with a warm smile and very polite. I was a loyal Kia fan until I met Xavier. I stopped by to test drive a Palisades before making a decision to buy my 8th Kia vehicle. I told Xavier someone hit my 2025 Kia Telluride and it was totalled out by insurance company. I told him all the features I had and wanted something comparable which at the time I thought Palisades would be it. Well Xavier showed me and gave me all the info on the Palisades and then spoke about the Sante Fe explaining all the awesome features. I test drove the Sante Fe and had a chance to check out all the features. Well I must say, I was totally surprised by how the Sante Fe drive, the features and price plus the rebate and the color red I always wanted in a SUV. Guess what...I bought the red 2026 Sante Fe unlimited in candy apple red. It took about 5 days to get my new ride but it was worth the wait. Thank you Xavier for your attention to details, your patience, your customer service skills, and for all your knowledge. You made my car buying experience seamless and easy You are the Best...see you in 4 years as I always trade in my vehicle at that timeframe. I will come back to YOU to buy my next vehicle because of my Awesome experience with you. Lady T
