Born and raised in the heart of New Orleans, I'm a Vehicle Exchange Manager with a passion for helping people find the perfect vehicle. My career path hasn't been a straight line - I've got a B.S. in Finance, a B.S. in Secondary Education, and an MBA, which has given me a versatile approach to this industry. I'm proud to have earned numerous sales awards throughout my career, including top and regional sales distinctions. Currently, I am a Vehicle Exchange Manager for McDonough Hyundai. Outside of work, I'm a proud father of three – two boys and a girl – and family is everything to me. I'm a Louisiana State University alum and a die-hard Saints fan, but my interests extend beyond the gridiron. I'm fascinated by the cultures and experiences of Africa and Europe. In my downtime, I love to discuss sports, especially basketball, and I'm a true car enthusiast. Formula 1 is my favorite sport to watch. What I value most is building genuine relationships. When I'm working with clients, I always take my time to ensure their car-buying experience is top-notch. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and I'm fortunate to have earned the respect of my colleagues, from salespeople to managers. It's a privilege to be the "go-to" person for guidance and support in this field.

Everything went well at the dealership and the delivery. After that communication became difficult. Some problems with Bluelink setup. Incorrect info put in at the dealership. Tydis did work on correcting Bluelink issues, however it's worse now then at delivery.
