We were misled about the key fob you’ll remember. We told you that we wanted the second fob. Since the car was NEVER not a dealership vehicle it was always under dealership control. Before we closed the deal you told us it hadn’t been found yet. When we were ready to leave you told us they we keep looking for it and get it to us when found. After several ignored inquiries over the next few days, you then told us that a second fob was never received by the dealership. Lame. I googled it and found that new Hyundai vehicles come with two fobs. Then you said you’d let us buy a fob at dealer cost. Not acceptable. So I think a 1 is all you deserve.

All car sales associates should take a lesson from Riccardo. Had a very pleasant experience with him. Spent a couple hours with me going over my new Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy. Would be very willing to recommend him to all my friends!
