Riccardo was very professional, knowledgeable, articulate and extremely compassionate in his willingness to listen to our preferences, concerns and questions, Also, when we sought additional information and/or clarification regarding anything related to our purchase interests, throughout the entire experience, he responded to our calls and text messages in a timely manner. He definitely represents your dealership and customers in a superior manner. He is most deserving of your accolades, including employee recognition, a pay raise and other bonuses!!! Our experience was TOP TIER!!! Ricardo was so incredible throughout the entire process! From start to finish! We even traveled to him to make our purchase! I would rate my experience with Riccardo as infinity. If Riccardo isn’t selling it, I don’t want to buy it. His kindness and patience, paired with his knowledge and expertise, made this entire experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Instead, he took the time to answer every question and I had a lot, explain everything clearly and made sure that I understood, and genuinely made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Riccardo turned it into such a positive experience. His professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service are unmatched.
