I'm a Service Advisor, and I've been loving this role at McDonough Hyundai for over three years now. Growing up in Los Angeles, and being a George Washington Prep High School grad, I've always enjoyed helping people. Being bilingual has been a real asset in providing the best service possible. I'm married, and family is incredibly important to me. That passion extends to my work; I'm genuinely passionate about ensuring every customer feels taken care of and their vehicle is in good hands. My ability to advise and help customers is something I take pride in. I believe in being honest and transparent in all my interactions. I'm grateful for the opportunity to come to work every day and make a difference. Plus, I always enjoy chatting about family when the chance arises. And yes, I'm a fan of Hawaii.

Very personable and kept us updated. Was disappointed to find that our vehicle had been driven over a nail or some such similar item, causing the tyre to go flat. Being a new vehicle with only 5000 miles I wasn’t so sure that a replacement tyre be put on. Now we have a repaired Tyre. That said, our overall experience was good.

Mr. Bonilla gave great customer service from my drive-in to my drive out. He updated me on every stage of my service and I really appreciated that.

Very, very good. Explained what needed to be done and what was done. Made arrangements for follow-up to complete recall and to put on new tire. Had explained to me why a new tire was needed especially in relation to other three tires. Arranged for me to be taken home. My wait time at dealership for all of the related issues took little to no time. Greatly appreciated Moises attention and efforts on my behalf.

Moises B. made my experience with McDonough Hyundai Service Department easy. From the moment I pulled in he listened to my concerns and was quick to my Palisade started on diagnostics. Even though I have a handful of issues that need checked, he didn't push for me to get everything done in one day. We started with the most important issues (inspection & AC diagnostic). With his help and patience, I was able to get my AC compressor replaced and hoses clamped that same day! I look forward to working with Moises again in the future! Thanks again for your help ☺️
