I have been working in the automotive service industry since 1991, building a career defined by technical expertise and a commitment to customer service. As a dispatcher at McDonough Hyundai, I bring a depth of experience that includes Master certifications with Ford, Nissan, and Honda. My educational background spans automotive technology from Griffin Technical School to psychology and substance abuse counseling from Liberty University, which helps me approach complex service environments with empathy and a practical perspective. My professional reputation is built on accountability. I believe in "extreme ownership"—everyone makes mistakes, but what defines us is how we take responsibility and fix them. This mindset, combined with a focus on treating every customer and colleague with respect, has earned me the trust of my teams throughout my career. I am often told by former managers that they value my contribution, and I am humbled that my experience remains a resource for those I work with. I take genuine satisfaction in being a team player who helps others succeed. Outside of the shop, I am a lifelong resident of Griffin, Georgia. I have been with my wife—a dedicated teacher—since we were in the sixth grade in 1981, and we are proud parents of four and grandparents of three. When I am not working, I am an avid golfer and coach, a long-distance marksman, and a dedicated hunter. I am a lifelong University of Georgia football fan, and I am always happy to talk about the outdoors or share tips on the course. Whether I am guiding an employee or assisting a customer, I am driven by the belief that our business succeeds only when we put people first.
