About Lavar
I’m a Brooklyn native and a proud graduate of George Westinghouse High School. With 16 years of experience as a Service Advisor, I’ve built my career on a simple foundation: hard work, loyalty, and being a stand-up guy. I believe my name should carry weight wherever it’s heard, and I take pride in the reputation I’ve built. I’m thrilled to be part of the team we’re building here at McDonough Hyundai. I’m a people person who genuinely enjoys helping my guests get back on the road, and I’m here to ensure that every voice on our team is heard. I believe in working hard, but I also make sure we have some fun and make a few good memories along the way. Outside of the shop, I’m a bit of a homebody. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me ready to talk sports—especially if the conversation is about the Knicks. I’m looking forward to contributing to the team’s success and serving our guests every day.
