I have spent the last 13 years working as a Client Advisor, and I can honestly say I love what I do. At McDonough Hyundai, I pride myself on providing a high level of customer service where I treat every person like family. I believe my clients enjoy working with me because I am honest, respectful, and ensure they leave with a clear understanding of what they are purchasing. My commitment to this standard is reflected in my consistently high CSI scores and the 200+ five-star Google reviews I have earned throughout my career. I hold an Associate’s degree and have called Chicago home for years. Outside of the office, I am a family man. I am happily married to my wife, Clarissa, who is a dedicated teacher, and we are currently preparing to welcome our third child. When I’m not assisting clients, I am usually on the basketball court or at the bowling alley. I am a lifelong Los Angeles Lakers fan and always enjoy a good conversation about sports. I strive to make sure that everyone who walks through our doors feels heard, cared for, and confident in their experience.

Absolutely wonderful! The Lord sent James to help me! James is patient, attentive, and overall a wonderfully great salesman!
