I have spent the past 23 years building a career in Fixed Operations, currently serving as the Fixed Operations Director at McDonough Hyundai. My focus is on leveraging AI technology and data analysis to optimize store performance and improve efficiency. I am proficient in Reynolds and Reynolds and advanced Excel modeling, and I enjoy discussing the intersection of automotive business and emerging technology. Beyond the shop, my commitment to integrity defines my professional approach: if I say I will do something, it gets done. I am equally dedicated to the customer experience, ensuring that every service is handled promptly and professionally. Outside of work, I am most proud of my family. I have been married for over 20 years and have two children, Alex and Sophie. Watching them grow and develop into good stewards of life is my greatest achievement. My primary professional goal is to extend that same mentorship to my team, helping them grow and reach their personal and career objectives.
