As a Retail Operations Manager with 23 years in the field, my reputation is built on accountability. I believe in leading by example; you'll never see me ask someone to do something I wouldn't do myself. It's a matter of principle and keeping my word. I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and my life revolves around my family. I’ve been married for ten years and have three children, one in nursing school, another in Hampton University’s Honors program, and one in high school. Family, brotherhood, sports, and sneakers—that's what keeps me going outside of work. I'm a graduate of Clark Atlanta University and a die-hard sports fan. I love football, basketball, and exploring the cultures of the Dominican Republic, Columbia, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Maarten, and Anguilla. My teams? The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers, and Guardians. I’m also a proud graduate of the AUTONATION Finance School and NADA, including class N397. Professionally, my proudest accomplishment is the amazing staff I work with and our team's collective growth. I'm known for being transparent and honest, and for working extremely hard to lead by example. I'm also dedicated to helping my team reach their potential. I believe in giving them everything they need to grow. The most rewarding part of my job is watching others succeed in an industry where opportunities are limitless. Currently, I am working for McDonough Hyundai. Finally, I’m an avid shoe collector, or as you might say, a sneakerhead.
