I'm a Service Advisor, I'm lucky enough to be the dad of two amazing kids. You know, the kind that keep you on your toes but make life worth living. I graduated from West Central Technical college . When I'm not helping customers at McDonough Hyundai, you'll probably find me out on the mountain bike trails or in the woods hunting. I like helping people, and I try to be dependable and straightforward.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and personal care shown by my Hyundai Service Advisor. From the moment I brought in my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Blue, he treated me with respect and made me feel that my vehicle and my concerns were genuinely important to him. He was knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the service process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done and why. I never felt rushed or like just another customer. What stood out most was his caring attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. His professionalism and customer service are exactly what I would hope for when having my Hyundai serviced. He is an excellent representative of Hyundai, and I would be very happy to have him as my Service Advisor for future visits. His dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition.
